This brief and simple guide shows you how to remove and replace the intercooler hose on an Opel Insignia, following the instructions below. First, open the bonnet to access the top of the hose; then remove the plastic grille located at the bottom right of the front bumper, as shown in the video. At this point, unscrew the clamps found at the inlet and outlet of the intercooler hose to remove it and replace it with the new one; then tighten the new hose onto your intercooler!
