First, open the front door and start unscrewing the fixing screws found on the door panel, particularly near the opening handle; pry at the sides to detach and remove it, as shown in the video.

At this point, unscrew the screws of the speaker and disconnect its electrical connector to remove it, then replace it with the new one; finally, reassemble the door panel!
