Start by opening the bonnet, then locate the sensor on the right side of the engine, to your left when facing the vehicle. Next, disconnect the power connector, open the expansion tank cap, and unscrew the sensor using a long 20mm socket spanner.

To install the replacement, simply follow the reverse procedure.
