As shown in this tutorial, removing the front bumper on the Opel Astra H is a very simple and quick task. Start by opening the bonnet, then using a flathead screwdriver, remove the 4 plastic rivets located on the upper edge and detach the grille.

Next, go underneath the vehicle, remove the additional rivets in the same manner and unscrew the bolts located inside the wheel arch. At this point, grasp the bumper at one end, pull it outward, and separate it from the chassis.

Follow the reverse procedure to install the replacement part.
