If one or more devices in the Opel Vivaro van suddenly stop working, first check the status of the respective fuses, as indicated in this video. The first fuse box is located inside the cabin, specifically at the lower part of the dashboard on the driver's side.

The second box is situated in the engine compartment, near the battery. If a fuse is found to be faulty, ensure you replace it with a spare of the same specifications and work with the vehicle turned off.
