How to Reset the Service Light on the Vauxhall/Opel Mokka

To reset the service light on the Vauxhall/Opel Mokka, start by turning on the instrument cluster and noting that the onboard computer indicates a service is due. To reset it, turn off the instrument cluster. Press and hold the button at the left end of the stalk that controls the indicators while simultaneously turning on the instrument cluster. Once the instrument cluster is on (without starting the car's engine), keep holding the button at the left end of the stalk. A countdown will begin; once the countdown finishes, you can release the button and see that the service light has been reset.
