To replace the external wing mirror on the Opel Meriva, lever off the cover at the rear using a tool. Once the cover is removed, loosen the underlying screws and disconnect the connectors located inside the door.

This will allow you to completely detach the mirror from its housing, enabling you to insert the new one. Secure the new mirror to its housing with the appropriate screws and then reinstall the cover.
