The exterior rear-view mirror of the second generation Opel Meriva, known as B and available on the market since 2010, is mounted directly on the door panel rather than on the A-pillar, as is usually the case. To remove it, you do not need to take off the inner door trim panel; instead, you must remove the mirror cap to access the central mounting pin located at the base of the support.

Proceed in reverse for its subsequent installation.
