Resetting the oil service in the Opel Astra, as we can see in this tutorial, is an extremely simple and quick operation. Before proceeding, make sure you have completed the required scheduled maintenance work. Start by going inside the car, then turn on the instrument panel and, using the "Menu" button on the left control lever, navigate to the vehicle information tab. Scroll through the various screens, reach the one related to the oil life, and press the "SET/CLR" button. At this point, all that's left is to confirm the reset and restart the vehicle.

Use a screwdriver to pry between the two plastic parts until they separate; remove the dead battery with a screwdriver and take a new one of the same size and voltage.
