How to Dismantle the Rear Light of the Opel Astra J

To replace the bulbs in the rear light, you will need to dismantle the light itself. It consists of two parts: one attached to the outer bodywork at the rear corner, and the other attached to the tailgate of the boot. Start by opening the rear bonnet and removing the internal cover located directly at the light's position. You will find two plastic rings that can be unscrewed by hand, which, once removed, allow the light to be extracted from its housing. Then, detach the bulb holder and proceed to replace the bulbs. To remove the light attached to the tailgate, first remove the rubber caps that cover the screws.
