This article explains how to remove the radio from the Opel Corsa D for replacement. You will need a specific tool as shown in the video.

Insert the tools into the appropriate holes and then pull the radio towards you. Once the radio is extracted, disconnect all connectors and completely remove the radio. At this point, replace the radio and to refit it, simply press it back in with your hands.

For this operation, it is recommended to disconnect the battery and take care to avoid current in the cables and accidental activation of the radio.
