How to replace the thermostat on an Opel Corsa B

In this video we can see how to replace the thermostat on an Opel Corsa B; first we open the coolant tank and lift the car with a jack, then we drain the coolant into a suitable container; we will dispose of it at an authorized center. We lower the car and remove the hose that goes to the air filter, then we loosen the clamps on the coolant pipes. We clean the thermostat housing well and then remove the top part. We remove the gasket and clean the seat. We then replace the top part of the thermostat by also inserting a new gasket: we found the thermostat on E-Bay with the code 391156736153 for 13.19 euros + 15.19 euros for delivery. We also find on E-Bay the flange with the code 203520734722 at the price of 34.90, free delivery.
