To replace the thermostat on the Opel Corsa, open the bonnet to access the engine bay. First, remove the air filter box by disconnecting its hoses. Next, detach the side cover of the engine and loosen the central bolt of the upper pulley so that it can be removed.

This will allow you to locate the thermostat and remove it from its housing by loosening the bolts and disconnecting the hose. At this point, insert the new thermostat, connect it to the corresponding hose, and reassemble all previously removed parts.
