How do you change the battery on an Opel Corsa version "C"? We see this in this short video. Open the bonnet, and you will see the battery at the top left; to remove it, you need to unscrew the support plate.

Start by removing the negative terminal from the battery and keep it well away from the battery itself. Then remove the positive terminal.

Unfortunately, you need to detach the windscreen frame to remove the battery: you will need to remove the screws at the ends and the frame seal, and finally, take off the frame. Now you can remove the battery.

Clean the terminals of the new battery with sandpaper, then coat the terminals with copper grease. Insert the battery; connect the positive terminal first, then the negative, refit the battery support plate, then reassemble the windscreen frame and finally the seal.

Job done.
