If the dipped beam headlamp bulb on your Opel Astra burns out, replace it as soon as possible to avoid penalties and, most importantly, to drive safely. To carry out the replacement, open the front bonnet, position yourself in front of the headlamp containing the bulb to be changed, and at the back of the headlamp, rotate the bulb connector anti-clockwise and pull it out of its housing.

Remove the old bulb and replace it with a new H7, ensuring not to touch the glass bulb with your bare fingers. Insert it into its socket and secure it by turning it clockwise.
