In this guide, you will learn how to service the belt and variator of the Peugeot Elystar 50 scooter. First, place your scooter on the centre stand and begin removing the transmission side cover. Then, unscrew the nut of the pulley and fan to remove the clutch bell and variator, as shown in the video. At this point, replace the transmission components with new ones, changing the rollers inside the variator; if necessary, replace the clutch pack and reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure!
