Today we will see, in this guide, how to overhaul the belt and variator of the Peugeot Elystar 50 scooter. First of all we put our scooter on the central stand and begin to remove the transmission side casing; after which we unscrew the pulley and fan nut, in order to remove the clutch bell and the variator, as shown in the video. At this point we replace the transmission components with new ones, replacing the rollers inside the variator; replace, if necessary, the clutch pack and reassemble everything, applying the reverse procedure!

How to change the engine oil of the Yamaha MT-03?

In order to replace the engine oil of the Yamaha MT-03 you have to unscrew the screws that fix the engine plate positioned in the lower part of the bike. Once this has been removed, it will be possible to access the underlying components, including the oil drain plug. By unscrewing the latter, it will be possible to collect all the oil inside a suitably positioned tray. Once the oil has flowed out, the old oil filter can be extracted and replaced with a new one by topping up from the hole on the right side of the bike.
