In this video, we see how to properly clean the front grille of a Peugeot 5008: the manufacturer recommends using a soft microfiber cloth slightly dampened and a lot of patience. Keeping the grille clean is certainly the best way to help the radiator function at its best. There are a large variety of brushes on the market, made of different materials, that can be used to soap and then rinse the grille, if you do not want to use the method recommended by Peugeot. In any case, it is always better to use soft bristles, to avoid the risk of scratching the plastics, especially if they are chrome-plated. Rubber can also be harmful in these cases.
