In this guide, we will see the main instructions that will allow us to disassemble and replace the turbocharger of the Peugeot 307 1.6 HDI. First of all, we open the hood of the car and start by removing the left hose of the turbine, loosening the clamp screw; then we remove the metal partition, as shown in the video. At this point, we remove the exhaust gas recirculation manifold, unscrewing the fixing screws; we then proceed with the disassembly of the turbocharger, disconnecting the pipes and the electrical connector, following the video tutorial until the end!
