How to disassemble the turbocharger of the Peugeot 407 1.6 HDI

In this guide, we will see the main instructions useful for disassembling and replacing the turbocharger of the Peugeot 407 1.6 HDI. First of all, we open the hood of the car and start disconnecting the various engine intake hoses, unscrewing the clamps screws; then we disconnect the manifold from the turbine, unscrewing all the fixing screws to remove it, as shown in the video. At this point, we replace the turbocharger, installing the new original one; then we reassemble all the components, applying the reverse procedure!
