Let's see in this video how to proceed: using a special lever, release the frame of the cover on the central tunnel (we cut the plastic clamp with a nipper). Once the boot to be replaced has been removed, we go to assemble the new piece: we assemble the leather boot to the plastic frame, then, we insert the cover in the shift rod (we weld the clamp as in the video). We lower the cap until it fits into the plastics of the central tunnel. We test the correct assembly of the previously assembled pieces.

How do you open the fuel flap of the Volkswagen Golf 5?

In order to open the fuel flap of the Volkswagen Golf 5, you need to press the appropriate button inside the passenger compartment, which is located in the rear part of the glove box on the driver's door.
