How to Change the Engine Air Filter in a Peugeot 207

To replace the engine air filter in a Peugeot 207, open the bonnet and locate the air filter box in the engine compartment, connected to the intake system. Remove the screws or unclip the clips securing the cover of the housing, then lift it to access the filter. Extract the used filter element and check that there is no dust, leaves, or other debris inside the box. Clean the filter seat thoroughly with a dry cloth. Insert the new filter in the same position as the one removed, ensuring it is correctly aligned and well seated around the entire perimeter. Reposition the cover of the filter box and tighten the screws or reclip the securing clips. Finally, check that all intake connections are secure before closing the bonnet.
