If the radio on your Peugeot Boxer becomes unresponsive due to a software issue rather than a technical problem requiring a service centre, attempt a reset using the controls on the radio itself. It is simple to perform: turn on the instrument panel and the radio, then press System Settings, Settings, System, Restore Operations.

At this point, select the icon related to the radio and choose Factory Reset to erase any settings.
