Detailed instructions - To change the gear oil on a Citroën Jumpy, Peugeot Expert, Fiat Scudo, and Toyota Proace, the procedure is similar across all models. The drain plug for the gearbox is located underneath the vehicle, next to the exhaust: it can be 21 mm (as in the video) or square drive. Position a large container under the plug and unscrew it carefully, allowing the old oil to drain completely. The dark colour indicates that the oil is old and needs changing. To top up, remove the plastic breather plug located at the top of the gearbox (17 mm). It is advisable to use a funnel, even though the gear oil comes with a long extendable spout. After draining all the oil, replace the drain plug at the bottom of the gearbox. Then pour in about 2 litres of new oil, such as Comma 7580, which is available on Autofixer.it for £13.00 plus £9.99 shipping. Slowly pour through the breather hole to avoid overflow. Once all the oil is in, close the breather plug. The job is complete.
