This operation is also valid for Citroen Relay, Fiat Ducato, Ram ProMaster, and similar models. If the door is hard to open and close but the roller is not broken, a height adjustment may suffice by loosening the locking nut with a T50 torx key and a 17 mm spanner.

If you need to replace the roller, open the door and place a support under the door to hold it up, as otherwise, the door may drop and misalign. The old roller is secured by T40 bolts; unscrew and remove them to pull the roller towards you and extract it from the guide.

You can find the new roller on Tarostrade with EAN code 3800997839327 for £44.06 + £6.49 for shipping. Set the roller to its lowest position to facilitate installation.

Insert it into the guide, sliding it in from above, reattach the two T70 bolts, and then adjust the roller height for smooth and aligned door operation. The Peugeot Boxer has two additional rollers: the lower one located at the bottom of the door, which should be cleaned with brake cleaner and lubricated with silicone spray, and an upper one: same procedure.

On a Seat Ibiza, the boot lid may become stuck, for example, due to a fault with the control button or the lock actuator. In these cases, you can perform an emergency opening by following the simple procedure shown in this tutorial. First, open the rear doors, then lower the backrest by operating the release lever. Next, go to the boot, unclip the cover panel of the boot lid, and open it by operating the actuator with a screwdriver or a similar tool.
