Replacing the Starter Motor on a Peugeot 207

Need to replace the starter motor on a Peugeot 207? Let's look at how to remove the damaged starter motor. Lift the bonnet, disconnect the battery terminals. Remove the engine cover panel and take out the power battery. Once you locate the starter motor, disconnect the power connectors using pliers or a screwdriver depending on the pressure of the tabs. Use a socket wrench to unscrew the securing bolts of the starter motor and remove it from the engine bay. Fit the new starter motor by connecting the power cables and the associated securing screws. Refit the battery and all plastic covers.
