Let's see how to replace the brake disc and pads on a Peugeot 206. Lift the car with a jack and remove the front wheel to access the disc. Unscrew the caliper locking pin, then remove it from the wheel hub. Use a screwdriver to detach the pads from the wheel hub caliper, remove the brake caliper, and subsequently the disc.

Install the new disc, the new pads onto the caliper, and mount the brake caliper with the support onto the brake disc. Bleed the brake caliper, then mount the wheel.

Replace the disc and pads as a pair.
