Before starting, we will have to open the tailgate of our Peugeot 307. Let's start by removing the tailgate panel, simply unscrewing the fixing screws, and then disengaging it from its housing. After that, we will have to unscrew and remove the fixing screws of the lock, and then disconnect the relative electrical connector, and we will have released the lock of the rear door. We then proceed by extracting the lock from its housing, to then disconnect the last electrical connector, and the disassembly will be completed. To fit the new lock, we will simply have to follow these instructions in reverse, and the replacement will be completed.
