Peugeot 307 - Video tutorial

Model: Peugeot 307 MK 1 - Years 2001-2009
Part: Lock
Operation: Removing the lock on Peugeot 307

Let's see the disassembly of the lock located in the door of the Peugeot 307. We remove the cover of the internal door handle, we remove the buttons of the window lifter (if present). Using a screwdriver, unscrew the perimeter screws securing the panel, detach the same from the door and disconnect the speaker power cables. As soon as the panel is free from the screws, unscrew the locking screws of the lock (disconnect the electrical terminals). After removing the damaged lock we are going to mount a new piece in the door with related mounting pieces. We mount the cover panel.

How to open the Fiat Panda petrol tank flap

In this video we proceed to the explanation, also verbal, of the technical operation of the opening and closing of the petrol tank cap. With the ignition on, the fuel cap, or rather the fuel filler flap, is open and therefore accessible. When trying to turn off the aforementioned ignition and then lock the car with the key, it is assumed that the petrol door, as well as the doors of the car, are closed, but this is not the case, in fact the latter in practice always remains open. Ultimately, you can access the fuel tank whether the car is closed or open.
