Resetting the Tyre Pressure Light on a Peugeot 208

If the tyre pressure light has come on, it means the sensor has detected a significant drop in pressure in one of your tyres. First, ensure you have not got a puncture. If so, check the pressure and inflate your tyres as necessary using a compressor and pressure gauge: remember that the tyre pressure should be maintained at 2.5-3 bar in summer, and increase by 0.2 bar in winter due to the cold. Once this is done, if the light is still on, follow this procedure: turn on the ignition, select "driving" on the onboard computer, and then "tyre initialisation". A prompt will appear asking "Have you adjusted the tyres?" and you will press yes.
