If the tire warning light comes on, the sensor has detected a sharp drop in pressure in one of your tires. So first, make sure you haven't punctured. If so, check the pressure and inflate your tires if necessary, with the compressor and relative pressure gauge: remember that the tire pressure must be kept at 2.5-3 bar in summer, an additional 0.2 bar in winter because of the cold. Once all this has been done, if the warning light is still on, follow the procedure: turn on the ignition, on the on-board computer select the item "guide" and then "tire initialization". The question "have you adjusted the tires" will appear and you will press yes.

How to reset the on-board computer of the Peugeot 208?

Resetting the Peugeot 208's on-board computer, the system called SMEG, is very simple. We can do this in case the system shows signs of malfunction, freezes, or in any other case where a restart could solve the problem. To reboot, simply hold down the two keys located in the lower left corner of the computer at the same time. After a few seconds, the SMEG system display will switch off, the Peugeot logo will appear and the start-up procedure will start. We wait patiently for the restart to complete as it may take some time.
