In this video we will see how to remove and replace the side glass and the window lifter motor on a Peugeot 208 first series. First of all we open the front door and start with the disassembly of the door panel, unscrewing all the fixing screws under the plastic covers and then releasing the panel from the sides. Once removed, we can remove the glass seal and unscrew the fixing screws of the window guide; let's lift it and extract it. At this point we disconnect the electric connector of the window lifter motor and unscrew the screws to extract it; we just have to reassemble everything, following the video to the end!
