How to Remove the Starter Motor from a Peugeot 407

To replace the starter motor on a Peugeot 407, open the bonnet and disconnect the battery. Next, unscrew the bolts securing the intercooler and remove it to improve access. The next step is to remove the air filter box and the plastic cover from the top of the engine. At this point, access to the starter motor will be straightforward, and you can unscrew the fixing bolts. Once all screws are loosened, the starter motor can be extracted from its housing and replaced with a new spare part.
