How to replace the cabin fan on the Peugeot 307?

To replace the cabin fan on the Peugeot 307, start by removing the rivets securing the carpet under the glove compartment on the passenger side. After removing the carpet, open the glove compartment and unscrew all the bolts inside to remove the entire compartment. At this point, the fan will be visible and can be pulled from its housing after disconnecting the connectors and loosening the securing screws. The new fan can then be positioned, connected to the connectors, and secured with the corresponding screws.
