Air Conditioning Blower Repair Kit

In case of failure of the air conditioning blower, the cause is usually the breakage of the teeth on the gear that controls the opening and closing mechanism of the blower's flaps. To resolve this issue, a repair kit has been created that includes a spacer plate for the motor and a new gear to overlay the original one: thanks to the spacer, the motor's gear will drive the new gear fitted onto the damaged original. Once the passenger side glove box is removed, detach the blower motor, unclip the gear to fit the spacer plate, insert the new gear from the blower side, and assemble everything.
