How to Replace the Stabiliser Links on a Peugeot 208

In this video tutorial, you can see how to replace the stabiliser links on a Peugeot 208 by following these essential steps: First, turn off the vehicle and engage the handbrake; loosen the wheel bolts using a 17mm socket (loosen without removing them completely); lift the front of the car with a hydraulic jack and place safety stands under the vehicle. Next, fully remove the wheel bolts and take off the wheel. Clean the fastening elements of the stabiliser links using a wire brush and WD-40 spray. Use a 16mm socket to unscrew the fasteners connecting the stabiliser link to the bar; then remove the transverse stabiliser strut. If necessary, replace the stabiliser support bushes. Install the new bar and tighten the fasteners connecting the stabiliser link to the bar (use a torque wrench to tighten to 60 Nm). Tighten the fasteners connecting the stabiliser link to the shock absorber strut; use copper grease on the joints of the stabiliser bar.
