How to Repair the AdBlue Tank on a Peugeot 308

Model: Peugeot 308 T9, MK 2 - Years 2013-2021

First, lift the car on a hydraulic lift to comfortably access underneath the vehicle and the AdBlue tank. Once done, empty the AdBlue tank through the designated cap located on the side of the tank, but first, it is necessary to unscrew the screw next to the cap. After this, unscrew all screws to slightly lower the tank. Once the tank is lowered, disconnect all cables and electronics connected to the tank. At this point, proceed with the removal of the old tank and the installation of the new tank. Reconnect all cables and electronics, and mount the tank. Lower the car to access the boot. Once the boot is open, remove the cover to access the AdBlue tank to fill it with AdBlue/urea solution. Replace the boot cover and close the boot. Start the engine and drive a few miles to activate the new tank. It is advisable to have it checked by a specialist mechanic as they may need to work on the vehicle's control unit.
