To open the boot of a Peugeot 307 when it is locked, fold down the rear seats completely: this will give you access to the components inside the boot. Here, you will find the rivets securing the panel protecting the lock actuator: this can now be unlocked from the inside, allowing you to lift the boot from the outside of the vehicle; at this point, you can lower the boot again, so the lock is re-engaged by the actuator.
