To remove the door panel of your Peugeot 308, start by taking a trim removal tool or a flat screwdriver wrapped in a cloth to avoid scratches, and unclip and remove the side covers of the panel. Next, unscrew and remove the screws that secure the door panel to the door itself. At this point, the panel will be free to lift away from the door. Be careful of any cables and electrical connectors that may be attached to the panel. Disconnect them carefully. Now, the door panel is completely removed, and you can proceed with any necessary maintenance or repairs.
