Where is the fuse box located and how to reach it in a Peugeot 605?

The fuse box of a Peugeot 605 is located in the engine compartment. To reach it, start by turning off the engine and making sure the vehicle is parked safely. Open the hood by pulling the hood release lever inside the car, usually located near the steering column. Once the hood is open, locate the fuse box, which is usually on the left side of the engine compartment, near the battery. The fuse box is covered by a plastic cover. To access the fuses, carefully lift the cover, being mindful of the securing clips. Inside the box, you will find the fuses arranged in rows. Consult the owner's manual to identify the specific fuse you need to check or replace. After you are finished, put the cover back in place, making sure it is securely fastened. Close the hood and make sure it is properly locked.
