Today's steps will allow you to reset the service light for the routine maintenance oil change on a RAM 1500. First, get in the vehicle and turn on the ignition; then scroll through the buttons on the steering wheel until you reach the oil life indicator, as shown in the video.

At this point, press and hold the reset button until you confirm and execute the reset of the service light from the instrument cluster; this will reset the oil life on the display!
