To change a tire on a Dodge Ram 1500, follow these steps: Ensure the vehicle is on level ground. If the vehicle has adjustable suspension, set it to "tire jack mode," turn off the engine, activate the hazard lights, engage the parking brake, and block the opposite tire on the other axle (for example, if changing the front right tire, block the rear left tire).
