Replace the starter motor on the Dodge RAM 1500 by following the instructions below. First, open the hood and disconnect the battery.

Then, lift the vehicle and locate the starter motor. Next, use a socket wrench to remove the mounting bolts of the starter motor, and disconnect the electrical wiring to remove it completely.

Now, install the new starter motor with the original replacement part, applying the reverse procedure of disassembly!
