Here are the instructions for disassembling and replacing the battery in the key fob for the RAM 1500, in simple steps. First, take your key fob and pull out the physical key from inside it; then, pry open the slot to remove the plastic back cover, giving you access to the battery compartment, as shown in the video. At this point, remove the old battery and replace it with a new one of the correct type and the same designation; insert it in the correct orientation and reattach the plastic back cover of the key fob.
