As seen in this tutorial, replacing the air filter in a RAM 2500 pickup is a very simple and quick task. After obtaining the correct replacement part and ensuring the engine is cool, open the hood and move to the passenger side. Then, remove the three screws securing the airbox using a Phillips screwdriver, then open it and remove the old filter. Next, clean the inside of the box thoroughly from any leaves and dirt, and install the replacement, making sure to position it in the correct direction. Finally, reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure.
