To replace the front shock absorber of the Ram 3500, lift the vehicle so that the wheel corresponding to the shock absorber being replaced does not touch the ground. Then, remove this wheel by unscrewing the bolts that secure it to the hub; this will provide access to the bolts that secure the shock absorber at both its upper and lower ends.

Unscrew them to completely remove the part and replace it with a new one. After the replacement, reinstall the wheel and secure it with the corresponding bolts.
