To replace the license plate bulb on the Ram 1500, access the underside of the vehicle to disconnect the connector located inside the rear bumper. Once the connector is disconnected, you can remove the bulb connected to it for replacement with a new part.

After connecting the new bulb to the connector, insert it back into its housing inside the bumper, ensuring it functions correctly.
