To replace the headlight bulb on a Dodge Ram 1500, first remove the front grille by opening the hood and loosening all the screws at the top. Once the grille is removed, you can unscrew the bolts that secure the headlight: these are located behind the grille and under the inner fender cover. After the headlight is freed from its fasteners, pull it out and disconnect the rear connector: this will allow you to remove the inner bulb and replace it with a new part.
