Removing the Front Headlight of the Ram 1500

Model: RAM 1500 DS, MK 4, DJ - Years 2009-2019

Let's see how to remove the front headlights of the Ram 1500. Open the hood and remove the six push clips that secure the cover above the radiator. Using a ratchet and a 10mm socket, remove the four bolts that hold the radiator grille and take it off. With the same wrench, remove the bolt located on the headlight frame at the bottom, on the side of the radiator, then use a Torx wrench to remove the screw located on the same side but at the top. Inside the wheel well corresponding to the headlight you are working on, find a small cover that contains a white plastic lever. By unlocking this lever, you can pull out the headlight, overcoming the resistance of a push pin. Disconnect the electrical connections to fully remove it.
