In this guide, we will discover the main steps to remove and replace the engine cooling radiator on an Iveco Daily 3.0. First, open the vehicle's bonnet and start by removing the bumper, taking off the front grille and unscrewing all the mounting screws. Next, remove the air filter box by disconnecting the intake hose and unscrewing the screws located at the bottom, as shown in the video. At this point, disconnect the radiator hose, allowing the coolant to drain into a container, unscrew the mounting screws to remove it, and replace it with the new one.
