To remove the door panel on a Ram 1500, unscrew the mounting bolts located at the handle area and then those on the left side of the panel. Once the bolts are removed, lift the window switch panel to disconnect its connector from the bottom.

This will allow the old panel to be completely detached from the door, so it can be replaced with a new part, which must be properly secured with the appropriate bolts.
