How to Replace the Outside Rearview Mirror of the Ram 1500?

To replace the outside rearview mirror of the Ram 1500, unscrew the bolts that secure the mirror from the inside. To access these bolts, remove the plastic cover on the inside of the door corresponding to the mirror. Once the cover is removed, you can unscrew the bolts and then remove those securing the door panel. After this is removed, disconnect the connector attached to the mirror and pull the mirror out from the outside, replacing it with a new one.
